What can I expect in an introductory call with a Wealth Advisor?
The goal of your first 30-minute conversation with a Wealth Advisor is to get to know one another and discuss your priorities for your portfolio. We hope you walk away from the conversation with a better sense of our services and whether the Fool Wealth investing style aligns with your goals.
Before your introductory call, you’ll fill out a short financial survey to build your Investor Profile. This gives us an idea of your risk/reward appetite, big-picture goals, time horizon, and income streams. Based on your Investor Profile, you’ll receive a personalized asset allocation recommendation right away, which you can review in advance of our call.
During the call, your Wealth Advisor will typically spend some time sharing their professional experience and investing philosophy, and they’ll ask you questions about your financial picture to better understand how Fool Wealth might support you. You can ask us your most pressing questions as a jumping off point for the conversation, and we can also fine tune your asset allocation.
After the call, we’ll follow up with more information to help you make a decision. You’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to continue the conversation and walk through the onboarding process.
Bottom line: Your introductory call should be all about YOU, your needs, and how an investment advisor can meet them.
