Will I need to recreate my recurring or direct deposits or withdrawals after the transfer?

If your current custodian is Interactive Brokers:

Banking instructions are the kind of information you really don’t want to lose. Our priority is to make sure all of your information stays up-to-date during this transition.

As part of our partnership with Apollon, we will be moving all accounts from custody with IB to Fidelity (given your consent via Docusign). You’ll be prompted to fill out your standing bank instructions—including recurring deposits or withdrawals—in one of the documents included in your Docusign email.

Any banking instructions and details you’ve set up with IB will not automatically transfer to Fidelity, so please take this extra step to make sure your bases are covered!

If your current custodian is Schwab:

Your standing instructions will remain intact.
