What should I do if I don’t see an email for the Docusign envelope?
If you’re having trouble locating the email, we recommend searching for the sender, email address, or subject line:
- Sender name: Transitions 4 via Docusign
- From address: dse_NA3@docusign.net
- Subject line: “Signature Requested: Fool Wealth to Apollon Transition Paperwork”
Your Docusign envelope may have been sent to the email address you have on file with your custodian, which may not be the email address where you usually get communications from Fool Wealth. It’s also possible it went to your junk or spam folder.
If you’ve searched high and low and find yourself empty-handed, please contact us at support@foolwealth.com. We can work with you to verify the email address the Docusign envelope was sent to and send a new one if needed. In a few instances, we may have not sent a Docusign envelope to you yet and can clarify why.
This Docusign packet includes disclosures and important regulatory information regarding Apollon. YOU MUST COMPLETE THESE CONSENT FORMS to transition management of your accounts from us to Apollon. To prevent unwanted service interruptions, we kindly request you review and sign these documents as soon as you receive them.
